Our Story
The School House adheres to a holistic approach of early childhood education. When we expose children to different environments and various learning experiences, we allow them to explore their self-awareness and gain a sense of the world around them. Once they leave our Preschool, they’re fully prepared for the next stage of their young lives.
Our Mission
At The School House, our mission consists of providing a warm and nurturing homeschool environment where children feel safe. Our unique Preschool offers various activities that are specifically designed to encourage each child’s growth. Through cooperative play and creative activities, kids reach their social, academic, emotional, and physical milestones naturally and with ease.

Infants & Waddlers
6 weeks- 24months
Our day-to-day activities with infants and waddlers consist of singing songs, reading books, learning animal sounds, body parts, and basic sign language (please, thank you, more, all done, etc.), as well as practice fine and gross motor skills, and occasional art projects. We also have outside play time & stroller walks when the weather is appropriate.
Tuition starts at $200 a week.
Toddlers
2 years - 3 years
Toddlers are very curious and working toward gaining independence. At The School House we encourage independence but take into consideration that all children develop at different rates and some need more help or time than others. We design our learning experiences based on the individual interests and abilities of the children, which we believe makes learning fun.
Full Day Tuition starts at $170 a week
Half Day Tuition - $100 a week
Preschool & Pre-K
3 years -5 years
At The School House, our program is designed to prepare students for kindergarten using the Abeka Curriculum. The program involves learning routines, sensory activities, fine & gross motor skills, pencil grip, language, science explorations, and a structured classroom/learning environment to allow children an easy transition into elementary school. We work on developing skills such as letter recognition & sounds, name recognition, writing, number recognition, counting, patterns, sorting, etc.
With hands-on learning, exploration of different subjects, and real-life applications, the children will learn to be independent and find excitement in learning. With the structured environment, there is always time for play. Play is an integral piece of a child's development as it encourages the children to learn how to work with others, practice different muscle groups, and the start of print and phonemic awareness.
Full Day Tuition starts at $150 a week
Half Day Tuition - $100 a week
Before & After School Care
School Ages 3+
The School House isn't just for little ones! Your school age child has a special place within our center.
We offer before and after school care to meet your family's needs during the school year. This program will allow your child time to complete homework, hangout with their friends or just chill before and after school.
During the summer we offer summer camp that is fun, engaging, and educational. Throughout summer camp, we spend each week learning about fun themes and focusing on different subjects in addition to keep academics going throughout summer. We also have several field trip days, water days, and lots of other activities to keep your child busy and having fun! Children at this age need space to create, explore, socialize, and be themselves. We will guide your child as they discover more about themselves, their friendships, and the world around them. Our unique field trips and activities focuses on their social emotional development while letting them have fun!
